Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realise that there are many things that can come up in people’s day-to-day lives.
While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. In fairness to all clients and everyone’s time, all appointments must be paid for during the reservation process.
Up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, free cancellation.
Up to 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment free reschedule. Reschedule or cancel within 12 hours of the appointment, 50% fee.
No shows 100% fee.
Running late?
No stress, you’ve got a 10-min window. Just know your time slot stays the same, so it’s your service time that shrinks, not the next client’s wait. After 10 min, I can’t fit you in or move things.
